1. General Policy
Due to the unique and often volatile nature of trading cards, all sales are considered final. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please see the steps below for how we handle these rare situations.
2. Damaged Items
If your item shows up damaged, weโll gladly offer a full refund or send a replacement (if available), based on your preference. Hereโs how to ensure a smooth process:

Step 1: Inspect Immediately
Once your order arrives, please inspect it right away. If there's visible damage, take clear photos of the item and the original packaging. -
Step 2: Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at support@norelaxshop.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. Please also include a photo showing a handwritten note with your name and order dateโthis helps verify the claim. -
Step 3: Resolution
After reviewing your claim, weโll either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on whatโs in stock. In some cases, we may request the damaged product be returned to us before we finalize the resolution.
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Items that were not damaged upon arrival.
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered.
- Discounted, promotional, or clearance items (unless damaged).
- Orders reported after the 7-day damage window.
4. Incorrect Address
If your item is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information at checkout, or if itโs returned due to failed delivery attempts, we canโt issue a refund. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, here's what to do:
- Wait 2 business days after the delivery scan. Sometimes USPS/UPS scans a package early.
- Email us at support@norelaxshop.com and weโll file a claim with the carrier.
- If the carrier denies the claim, unfortunately, we are unable to refund the order.
Shipping Coverage Options:
- Standard Shipping includes up to $100 insurance.
- Protected Shipping covers the full order amount and includes Signature Confirmation.
NoRelax Shop is responsible for packages during transit, but we are not liable for theft, misdelivery, or loss after a delivery scan is recorded. We highly recommend selecting Protected Shipping if your delivery area is known for issues.
In some cases, we may ask you to file a police report to assist with the claim.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved due to damage, we cover the cost of return shipping.
7. Special Cases
While we stick to a clear return policy, we understand that life happens. If you believe your situation is an exception, reach out to us. Weโll do our best to review it on a case-by-case basis.
