Shipping Methods
We currently ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground Saver. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location and the total weight of your order.
Shipping Insurance & Delivery Protection
- Standard Ground Shipping: Includes up to $100 insurance in case of lost or stolen packages.
- Protected Ground Shipping: Fully insures your order and includes Signature Confirmation by default for extra peace of mind.
Shipping Rates
We use a simple, weight-based flat rate system:
- Small Packages (0.1 lb – 0.99 lb): $5.99
- Medium Packages (1 lb – 2.99 lb): $6.99
- Large Packages (3 lb and up): $9.99
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions based on your order total or during special events. Be sure to follow us on social media or sign up for email updates to stay in the loop!
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s journey.
